Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase; please note that perishable goods are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply store credit within 5-7 business days.
